First voyage to the Pearl of the orient - Hong Kong

The Hong Kong branch only opened a few years ago, but has already become a local favourite, proving ourselves in a city that only accepts the best. The site is equipped for outdoor seating and also caters for corporate parties and wedding banquets.

昨晚週三一家四口去三門仔皇朝食晚飯,出發前看了一下開飯喇的食評,有人報稱食到一頸血,心中有點忐忑。

坐下開了茶位,隨即送上镇江肴肉(價錢不詳),味道不錯。

由於有了心裡準備,點菜時特意先問價錢。瀨尿蝦34元/兩。。。。

做後點了番茄海鮮豆腐湯(290元),椒鹽賴尿蝦(只點了兩只,每只7兩左右),肉蟹粉絲煲,酥炸生蠔,香酥鴨半只,蒜子上湯莧菜,拔絲香蕉。飯後奉送紫米露或番薯糖水。 首先上豆腐湯,湯渣分開上,發現內有大大件班片,不是一般雜魚下欄加味精煲出來的,湯味尚算鮮美,班片實肉有魚味,第一口印象不錯。 椒鹽賴尿蝦屬於水準之內,與流浮山鯉魚門一般,不過不失。

肉蟹粉絲煲的肉蟹勝在夠實肉,夠大隻,味道也不錯,可惜粉絲太少。

整個晚飯最好的我覺得是酥炸生蠔,一碟有六大隻,很新鮮,炸的剛剛好,一點腥味都沒有,贊。

其他的香酥鴨,上湯莧菜等一般,無驚喜。

拔絲香蕉賣相好,但只此而已。

原本預計埋單要兩千過外,最後埋單1950元,喜出望外。
